A Unique Family Firm
My decade as CFO for a Physical Therapy Practice taught me the power of numbers while growing from 5 to 30 locations. Today I manage a family CPA firm with my Dad and Sister.Through bite-sized educational videos and meetings, we'll navigate your financial landscape together, focusing on cost-cutting, presenting polished financials, optimizing capital, and addressing your questions.

Our prices are dynamic based on client needs. Every business has differently levels of complexity and size. After we discover your company's requirements, we charge an agreed upon, flat monthly fee.
The ability to connect the dots between operations, marketing ROI, financials, etc is the driver of effective strategic planning in operations, cost reductions, and growth.
You'll need Quickbooks Online to work with us. If you don't use it currently, no sweat. We will do the migration for you during Onboarding.
It's possible someone on your staff will be able to provide us with most of the information we need. At the minimum, we require an hour a month during onboarding for interviews and a team member we can ask routine questions.
Afterwards, I'll send videos for analysis and updates that you can watch at your leisure and schedule meetings only when necessary.
